Sales Executive

Hosted Power is the missing link between software and the data center.

We run mission-critical cloud applications for customers who don’t have time for slow infrastructure or vendor buzzwords. TurboStack is our weapon of choice: performant, stable and developer-friendly.

We’re looking for an Account Executive who can own deals from the first real conversation to signature and who sharpens the team along the way through coaching, feedback and structure. We're not looking for a teamlead, we're looking for someone that wants to make impact.

 

What are your talents?

You have:

  • a can do mentality, even during moments of stress.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in IT, SaaS or hosting
  • Strong communication skills and persuasion, without theatrics
  • A commercial mindset combined with team spirit
  • Discipline in follow-up and pipeline hygiene
  • Affinity with IT, cloud and open source (you don’t need to know everything, just keep up)

Your responsibilities

 

  • Owning deals from qualified lead to closed contract: discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation
  • Understanding customer needs and translating them into the right solution (together with technical presales)
  • Managing your pipeline with common sense and clear follow-up
  • Building long-term relationships with agencies, CTOs and dev teams (not just quick wins)
  • Helping refine our sales approach: messaging, objections, pricing conversations, shared learnings
  • Coaching and supporting SDRs through feedback and guidance (no big words, real results)
